Stateline Woodturners
May, 2011 Meeting
Our May, 2011 meeting was longer than usual, as our guest turner, Tom Farrell, from Texas, agreed to
demonstrate two projects. He turned a table leg with an offset foot in the morning session, and a toy in the
afternoon session.
We did have a regular business meeting in the morning, complete with "show and tell", our "bringback"
auction, and a $5 auction for a piece that was donated by Jerry Crowe.
Ron announced that we have been notified that our application for a 2011 AAW EOG grant was not one of
those selected for this year. Our submission was for funding to upgrade our video system capabilities.
Our demonstrator for next month will be Leo Hapeman.

See you at 4th Saturday.
